Welcome to LULU, located in the courtyard of the Hammer Museum in Westwood, Los Angeles.

Founded by food activist Alice Waters, with chef and cookbook author David Tanis in the kitchen, LULU is a shared celebration of good food that is good for the planet.

Staying true to Tanis’s ethos of “market cooking,” we offer a daily changing three-course prix-fixe seasonal lunch menu, highlighting the freshest produce from local regenerative organic farms and regional markets.

LULU also features a full bar with an à la carte bar menu featuring sandwiches, soups, salads, light lunch fare, desserts, teas and coffee.

LULU is open during Hammer Museum hours from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday.

Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Our bar menu is available until 6:00 p.m.

Walk-ins are welcome for our bar menu throughout the day.

Currently we are not open for dinner.
