This week, LULU is proud to partner with the 1001 Best for Vets Restaurant Campaign to support the restoration of the 15-Acre Veterans Garden at the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center—the largest farm on a medical campus in the nation.
From November 12–17, order our daily market agua fresca or shrub, and $1 from every purchase will go toward this meaningful project. Together, we can help combat food insecurity among veterans, an issue that impacts nearly twice as many veterans as civilians and poses serious risks to their well-being.
Through the Garden, VA clinicians work to empower veterans to improve their health, promote nutrition security, and support transitions to civilian employment, fostering a sense of purpose and belonging in their post-military lives.
